Manchester United will face host Leicester City on the eighth matchday of the Premier League. This match will be played at the King Power Stadium, Leicester, Saturday (16/10/2021) at 21:00 WIB.

United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer gave a hint about his squad ahead of the game against Leicester. "You know the international break is sometimes a time to cross your fingers and hope for the best," Ole told reporters.

"Because as we saw with Raphael, he had an injury, was out for a few weeks, but again Victor and Eric played in international games and got good playing time, so that's good for us."

United are likely to lose Fred and Edinson Cavani. Because, the two are still involved in the 2022 World Cup qualifying match in South America on Friday morning, October 15.

"With respect to Fred and Edinson, they played a full game, the first half started, so of course we don't rely on them," Solskjaer said.

"We have to give them time to rest and recover, which of course you have to do."

"They played well, and that's a good thing for us. They are not injured, so hopefully they can be involved again in midweek, for the Champions League (against Atalanta).
